Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Shipping outside the UK is not available at this time.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
How do you calculate the shipping price?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Do you provide free shipping?
We offer free shipping on select promotions. Keep an eye on our banners and newsletter for updates.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
My package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbours and around your property. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll assist you in locating it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Can I return my product?
Yes, as long as the product meets our return policy. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Can I exchange my product for a different one?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

I can’t find my favourite product. Can you help?
Yes! Just send us the product name and we’ll do our best to help or restock it for you.
Can I customise a product?
We do not currently offer customisation. All products are sold as provided by the manufacturer.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible to update your address.
Can I change my billing address?
Unfortunately, billing information can’t be modified once the order is placed. Contact us if you need help.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. Contact us quickly if you need to cancel or modify.
Will I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you automatically after your order is confirmed.
I received the wrong order. What should I do?
Contact us right away with your order number and we'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Some items are missing from my order. What now?
Please check your packing slip. If something is missing, contact us and we’ll make it right.
